Banana Walnut Cake

Ingredients:

Flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Eggs - 2 at room temperature
Butter - 100 gms
Walnuts - 1/2 cup chopped
Ripe Banana - 1 large
Cooking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp

Method:

Beat sugar and butter well. Add in the eggs and beat well.  Mash the banana well and add it to this mix and beat again.
Sieve flour with the soda and baking powder.  Add in the walnuts.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold well.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a cake pan with butter and sprinkle flour on it to cover completely.
Pour in the batter into the tin and bake for 40 minutes.
Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
