Mixed Millet Paddu


Ingredients:

Mixed millet dosa batter – 1-1/2 cups
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves – ½ cup finely chopped
Carrot – ¼ cup grated (optional)
Salt – to taste
Oil – 3-4 tbsp

#You can use the rice based dosa batter and follow the same steps too.

Method:

Mix everything except the oil.

Heat the paniyarakkal pan/Rock tava. Drizzle a few drops of oil into each cavity.

Pour scoops of the batter to fill ¾ of each cavity. Let it cook for a while. Flip them over carefully using two forks or spoons.

Cook on both sides well.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your desire.
